OUR PRODUCTS: Our community cabin will vary in size, height, and configurations with an average of 250 square foot. They are built to be ON or OFF grid ready to keep you going no matter what happens. Prices start at $6,000 and cabin cost an average $50,000. If you want Viking appliances, granite, slides, etc. will much cost more. They are built above industry standards with ROCKWOOL insulation, fire retardant materials (to reduce loss from fires), energy efficient appliances, redundant heating, cooking and 12volt and 110volt electrical systems, with solar, wind, and a backup generator. This is OPTIONAL and removing this does reduce the costs.

WHAT WE NEED: $10,000 provides roads, $10,000 finishes the first cabin, and $5,000 heavy equipment rental ($25,000).
Patriot Cabin Company (an Ohio S Corporation) will provide tiny cabins, glamping sites, RV and tent camp sites for lease or rent to military, veterans and veteran civil servants and their immediate family members. The profits from the campground will be used to support our live-work community programs. Patriot Cabin Company will also operate the camp store, equipment rental, Patriot Cabin Community (an Ohio 501c3 Corporation) will provide a wide array of services from career counselling, enable education, training and certification, physical therapy, hobbies, and a holistic approach towards each veterans medical issues. We are focused on helping unemployed, disabled, and homeless Persian Gulf Ill Veterans and their immediate families (1990-2024 - at this location) at this location .
COMMUNITY GARDENS: Patrons will participate in community gardening that will include no-till, hydroponics, and electro-culture to generate food for our patrons. This will include sowing, reaping and canning. ANIMAL CARE: Caring for animals can bring a peace to those who suffer from various mental and physical health issues. This is also include processing for eggs, milk, and meats. APPLICATIONS: We are currently accepting applications for volunteer camp host for 2024. Download you application HERE . You must be a Persian Gulf War Ill Veteran 1990-2024 (married or single and can have children). If you have your own cabin plans (or cabin) and just need it put together you can upload your plans. CABIN APPLICATIONS: People who want to purchase, lease or rent our cabins must complete our CABIN QUESTIONNAIRE and return it to us. First glamping tent is fresh out of the box (1 cabin & 1 tent). We are seeking early stage investments & standing at operational readiness. When you are ready to purchase then complete the LETTER OF INTENT to purchase, pay your deposit (or entire cabin amount) to start your cabin. ANNUAL LIVE-WORK PROGRAM: Members who participate in our live-work program will have access to the following: CAREER RESOURCES: Participants will complete vocational education and certification to aid them in their career goals. This will include electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and HVAC (to mention a few). At the same time you will work on your resume, career scope and many other facets of your career and life. We don’t want you to just get any JOB (just above broke). We want you to have a CAREER that is rewarding and fits within your needs and abilities. HOLISTIC PHYSICAL & MENTAL HEALTH: We plan to provide physical and mental health services through gyms with hot and cold spas, hydro & deep tissue massage, herbal, vitamin, and mineral supplements. Mental health is promoted through animal rescue and care, gardening, landscaping, and construction projects, as well as comradery with other Veterans. MORALE, RECREATION & WELFARE: We plan to provide various hobbies such as photography, lapidary, ceramic, work and metal working, and auto hobby shops for patrons to relax and save money just like we had on military bases. We plan to offer transportation to and from medical appointments, as well as coordinated entertainment functions such as zoos, parks, boating, hunting & fishing trips. BACK TO BASICS: Programs that include animal care, gardening (including aquaponics, electro-culture, biochar & natural fertilizers), landscaping, bee keeping, and many other projects and hobbies to help reduce stress and anxiety while promoting the survival and continued success of the community. You may also participate in our programs that are being developed for our guests. Veterans will us their hobbies to generate income to pay for their crafts & hobbies. Veterans will maintain, stock and can even fish from the water ways. SERVICES PROVIDED: We offer live-work opportunities to Veterans only. Patriot Cabin Community will provide lease, rental, or sales of tiny cabin housing inside our member exclusive communities to Veterans who are 50%+ Service-Connected Disabled and Homeless. There is a verification process to confirm that an applicant for a FREE cabin is truly homeless and is not doing so under fraud. EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION: We plan to provide training, education, and certification in construction, electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC & hi-tech. In most cases education will be provided through your VOC REHAB, G.I. Bill, Chapter 31, or other educational programs. Grants may be available to pay for some courses. EMPLOYMENT SERVICES: We plan to provide employment to our members within the corporation. “WE UNDERSTAND WHAT WORKING WITH DISABILITIES IS LIKE.” Therefore, we will all work together to complete the required tasks. Persons with severe disabilities may be employed through government contracts that promote a quality of living that permits the veteran to be a successful member of society. Many positions will be available for volunteers and live-work participants which would include, grounds maintenance and landscaping, maintenance, gardening, construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, animal care, green housing, and so much more. CURRENT POSITION AVAILABLE: VOLUNTEER CAMP HOST POSITION 12’ x 20’ Camp Host Cabin has 7’5” ceiling heights on 1st and 2nd floor and is currently 60% complete. Must be a disabled Persian Gulf Ill Veteran 1990-2024 (single or married, with or without children) OR Agent Orange Veteran. This is a volunteer position however you may chose from a cabin, 2 bedroom 5th wheel trailer, or your own accomodations*. Duties include; general maintenance, landscaping / grounds keeping, and guest relations. You will receive free internet, electric, water, septic and trash.
